Vince Del Monte Ripped & Shredded Video By Jason Ellis

Before you watch this “muscle worship” video – don’t worry – I have not fallen in love with myself! ┬áThis video was included in the photo shoot package I got when I shot with Jason Ellis “The King of Covers” ┬áThese pictures and video was made the day after the 2011 WBFF Fitness Atlantic Championships.

Don’t worry – I’m not really into posting these videos but I thought it would be fun to throw in some really vain inspiration!

Hit it hard today!

Vince

P.S. Want some inspiration to last a lifetime? Come to my first 2-day seminar later this summer.

    Congratulating Vince,

I know this has taken you time, deciplin, detication and most of all peitence. You’re now getting the pay off my friend. Looking like a monster (good one that is:D). I have been following your workouts along with some of my workouts that do work for me and I see amazing results. When i look at my before and after pictures I just smile when i see the difference.

Keep inspiring us my friend. You’re doing excellent job. Wish you success at everything you do. Good luck with your goals.

    Vince,

You look great the hard work paid off, big time.

    Vince,

I am 42 years old and have been doing your program for one year now. I gained about 14 pounds of muscle during this time period and was wondering – should I still be working out 3 times per week for forty-five minutes, or do I need to increase the frequency or duration if I want to continue to grow? Thanks!

    Vince,
That is a very gentlemanly way to say, “Let’s agree to disagree.” Thank You and Good Luck!
    Xena,
    Great attitude! Keep it up
    Fruit Loops,
No, I’m not going for my 15 minutes of fame. I had a thought, posted it and then Vinnie and I had a discourse. Why did you feel compelled to put your 2 cents in?
    Gareth,
You are right; he accomplished his goal and looks great.
    Mitchell,
I’m not a hater. I’ve been following Vince for several years and happen to like his old training philosophies better. I wish I knew how to do my own blog, unfortunately, I have a lot of experience in training and almost none in computers. I am just now learning how to comment on Vince’s blog (yes, I know, you wish I had never learned that).
    To All,
I’m sorry if blogs are only for those who agree totally with the blogger. I thought they were places to post opinions. I guess I was wrong.

    Be nice now Mitchell.

Nice inspiration Vince! Quick question, I’m curious if your body part training is more straight sets body builder style? Or more like Giant sets and extended sets like a fitness model? Thanks for your time always man :) .

Steve, get your own blog. There’s more than one way to skin a cat – and more than one philosophy when it comes to building muscle.

    @Steve
Maybe Vince ONLY gained 4-5lbs of muscle but he had a clear target of looking shredded! Vince has acheived his goal-big time, and credit to him!
