    @Aaron – @Aaron. Kyle is a sponsored supplement athlete, that is correct. And he is telling you that supplements make a 5-10% difference assuming your diet and training are in check FIRST. That’s not the message you ever or even rarely hear from the supplement industry… Most sponsored athletes would lose their contract and get fired for making statements like that. Hope that makes sense.

    Did I miss something? He says he is sponsored by supplement companies and is promoting supplements. If I take his advice “isn’t that like putting faith in a restaurant review that was written by the restaurant’s chef.”?

    nice video, really honest information and from reading/ watching many experts supplements really do seem to be massively overated

    Very good and very honest, I agree 100%. I have said for years, supplements won’t help much at all until the factors of training, diet and rest and all correct for your goals.

    @Tony. Kyle does not use a tele prompter. Believe it or not, he bangs out those videos in almost one shot. As for myself… it takes me multiple takes to do some of my videos! I have a bad habit of rambling sometimes.

    Great video! Supplements get way to much hype. Thanks for the video to help differentiate between what the supplement sponsered magazines say and what the real truth is.
